Project Manager Wanted

Web Instinct is seeking a Project Manager to make our clients feel well cared for by helping us deliver websites that are creative, intuitive, and easy to manage.

You long to make people feel comfortable, anticipating and taking care of their needs. Sorting through confusion (dare we say mess?) and bringing order to it excites you. And learning new things? What is life without new experiences and understandings? When something needs to be handled, you prefer to handle it yourself – because you know it will be done right!

If that’s you, we have an exciting full-time position that will fit you like a glove. Our company is passionate about taking complicated website projects and delivering them to our clients in a way that feels easy and comfortable. Like those who can prepare a 5-course gourmet dinner and somehow their kitchen remains spotless. (We wish we could do that!)

Our “win” is when our clients say “Wow, our website is amazing and you made it so easy!”. We know how much effort went into it. But allowing them to focus on their businesses while we take care of their web needs…that’s our version of a 5-course dinner!

Most technology companies focus on, well, the technology. “We built you what you ordered.” We focus on our clients. The technology is what we deliver (and we’re really good at that!). But caring for the client is at the core of everything we do.

This position sits right in between those two worlds – making the client feel well cared for while staying on top of the array (oops…well, we are developers!) of internal to-dos that, together, form a successful project. Successful projects? They make happy clients. And happy clients? That makes us happy.
