A page's name, description, meta data, & more can be edited through a page's Attributes.

To access the Attributes of a page, go to the Dashboard > Full Sitemap, click on the page in which you'd like to make changes to the Attributes, and select the Attributes option from the pop-up menu:

You can then make the necessary adjustments to the page's name, description, SEO data, navigation & indexing (like excluding from the nav or page list), and other attributes:
