So we're really excited to unveil our new client portal on the Web Instinct website. This new section includes a Priority Support feature—a ticketing system that provides clients with a direct and immediate pipeline to report website issues to our staff. Once we resolve the issue, we'll document the solution in the system so our customers have a record of the fix, should the issue ever happen again.
The client portal also gives our clients full access to hosting-account information, allowing you to log into your hosting control panel(s) right from a single place - our website. Many of our clients host more than one website with us, so no more worrying about different usernames and passwords. Just log in to our website and access to every account is at your fingertips.
But don't worry...our priority support feature doesn't mean we won't respond to your calls and email requests. No matter how customers choose to reach us, they are given quick and immediate assistance. (We built our business on relationships, and we're not about to stop now.) Our customer login feature is simply another way we help our busy customers meet their business needs. In the near future, our customers will also be able to log into our website to review payments, update their billing information, and much more.
