Managing webmail settings/options
The Roundcube and Webmail Classic webmail clients (like most third-party e-mail clients) allow you to adjust various settings to change the default look, feel, and behavior. Since the supported webmail clients are not identical, some settings may not be available on both of them.
The most commonly modified settings can be changed in both webmail clients. Here is a list of tutorials for a few of them:
- Changing your mailbox password
- Managing (sender) identities
- Adding/editing a signature
- Configuring time zone, and time and date formats
- Changing the default character encoding and displaying of remote resources/images
- Configuring message deletion settings
- Sending a blind copy of all outgoing messages to another e-mail address
- Managing SpamAssassin
- Filtering incoming messages (e-mail/header filters)
- Forwarding specific incoming messages (e-mail filter example)
- Forwarding all incoming messages to another e-mail address
- Configuring an e-mail autoresponder (automatic reply)
- Using Two-factor Authentication (2FA)
- Non-Webmail Access Control
